We're disgusted with the bad reputation that poorly trained 'computer technicians' in big chain stores are giving those of us who take our jobs seriously.

There is NO manufacturer bias or agenda here. If an IT professional from this website ever recommends a specific device, there will be a specific reason for doing so.

There is no 'Apple is better than Microsoft' or 'Linux is better than Windows' here.

Yes, we all have our own preferences on all sides but they are based on our own personal experiences.

However, petty gradeschool 'My OS can beat up your OS' fights here will not be tolerated. If you make a statement like that here, it better be followed with FACTS as to why you feel that way.
